HIYA Toys: The Baroness

Earlier this year I was contracted to help design 2 characters for a new line of GI Joe figures from the wonderful HIYA Toys who are based out of Shanghai, China.
One of them was The Baroness, the other is a design of one of the Cobra Troopers. The Cobra Trooper hasn't been announced yet but Baroness has so I can show these but not the Trooper designs yet.
